- What should I wear? For fitness classes you can wear workout clothes and shoes unless instructor prefers barefoot such as for yoga. Dance classes you can wear comfortable clothing and shoes (shoes that have too much traction and don't allow for easy pivots or turns might cause injury but dance shoes are not required)
- When do your class cycles start? Our beginner classes such as Beginners Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Tango and Zouk are all on monthly cycle and start on the first class of the month for the respective classes)
- What is the difference between the 4 week cycle, 5 week cycle and the 10 class card? The 4 week cycle is a discounted pricing option for one dance class for one full month i.e. the Beginners Thursday Salsa class for a given month. The 5 week cycle is exactly like the 4 week cycle but some months contain 5 classes instead of 4 i.e. some months have 5 Thursdays vs the regular 4 Thursdays. The 10 class card is like a punch card (that expires in 6 months) and can be used for any dance class.
- Can I share my 10 class card with my spouse? No 10 class cards are not shareable.
- Do I need a partner? No you do not need a partner, in partner dancing classes we rotate partners so everybody gets a chance to dance with a partner.
- Do I need to rotate in group partner dance classes? Yes we require every body to rotate in partner dance classes regardless if you came with a partner or not. These are social dances and we rotate so that everybody learns to properly lead and follow and this can only be done by rotating. Couples tend to try and help each other and this will interrupt the ability to properly learn leading and following. If you would like to only learn with your partner then we suggest private lessons for that so we can help you individually and you will still learn to properly lead and follow.
- Do you have Kids classes? Yes we do! We just started our NextGen program. Check out tab called "Kids classes" for more information. All other classes are 16+. Minors under 18 must have a parent sign a spacial liability waiver.
