Yoga Flow
Flow Yoga teaches our body and our breath to combine in order to move gracefully in, out, and through postures. The postures themselves are designed to create strength and length in our muscles, alignment in our bones, detoxification through our connective tissue and awareness in our minds. In this 75 min all level yoga class each student will be provided the guidance to customize their practice.
