Meet Nisi (she/her) creator of Twerk N Fab ® Following her passion for dance, Twerk N Fab ® was created to bring together both twerk dance culture and fitness. What manifested was a fun, sexy, and freeing dance class .
Students walk away from class feeling confident, strong, and empowered. Her goal is to provide a safe dance space for all people to take back pleasure in their bodies. “In a culture that shames, sexualizes, and mislabels our ideas of self image and perfection… I just want to say YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, CAPABLE, & AMAZING!”
