Sensual Rhythms is an Beginner Friendly, all levels class. Its an all encompassing class that combines the beautiful artwork of dance that also (given the choreography) includes a variety including chair & floor work with heels as optional. Sensual Rhythms’ goal is for students to have space in discovering, cultivating, and embracing one’s bodies within various movements and rhythmic vibrations through the art of music in a safe collective space.
