Front Desk Staff - Job Description

Schedule & Pay
Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Pay: $16.50/hour

Location: Vitalidad Movement Arts Center (VMAC)

Overview
VMAC is looking for a reliable and welcoming Front Desk Staff member to support evening operations. You'll
help students check in, assist with studio upkeep, and work alongside our Front Desk Coordinator to ensure
everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in students and visitors
- Track attendance and assist with registration
- Answer basic questions about classes and scheduling
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Help maintain studio cleanliness and organization
- Support the Front Desk Coordinator with evening tasks
- Provide warm, professional customer service

- Organized and detail-focused
- Proficient with computers and tablets
- Able to follow direction and take initiative
